How to Embrace Your Inner Child

It's no surprise that a UCLA study documented what we already assumed: On average, at age 5 we engage in creative tasks 98 times a day, laugh 113 times and ask 65 questions. By age 44, the numbers fade to two creative tasks a day, 11 laughs and six questions.

I want you to decide to reverse the slide in these numbers in your daily life. A good place to start is by asking questions. Questions will lead you to use your curiosity, rethink what you're doing and find new ideas. And asking questions won't take a lot of time—you can ask yourself questions wherever you are: in the shower, at breakfast, driving your car or commuting home on the subway, bus or train.

  2. Yes.. we have lost the art of being simple people. We are aging faster than ever.. the stress is showing up in the way of dark under eye circles, wrinkles, premature graying of hair!! I sometimes think if the stress factor was taken out of the equation.... would we be thinking more constructively, asking more questions and laughing more often?

  3. I guess people are having hard time writing there thoughts... at least some of them are reading.... may be this is another sign of being stressed that people cannot even read their mind or don't feel comfortable in sharing their thoughts ... i guess everyone is thinking of being a president one day may be that's why they are scared of making public comments ... lol in that case we are not gonna get much votes my dear friend sunher2010
